Our CEO and Founder, Tim McEnery, continually strives to find new ways to make Cooper’s Hawk an exceptional place to work. Tim is passionate about creating opportunities for his people. This passion has driven the focus around building and developing our team members and managers to create a pipeline of internal talent leadership that will fuel company’s growth and create our future leaders.

To support this goal and to incent our Managers to develop our internal talent, we have created our “Driving Development” program.  Each year, through this program, Cooper’s Hawk awards a 300-Series BMW (insurance included) to the General Managers and Executive Kitchen Managers who dedicate their time and attention towards successfully fostering Team Member growth, advancement, and promotion. Our Driving Development program is unique because it is tied solely to internal people development. This is our way of saying “thank you” to our GMs and EKMs for their role in developing our most important resource, our people!
