The Piccolo Buco Line Cook is critical to the success of the restaurant and plays an integral role in executing a positive experience for each restaurant Guest. The Line Cook is responsible for the daily preparation and execution of food items in the pantry, fry, grill, broil and sauté stations. Piccolo Buco by Cooper's Hawk is an Equal Opportunity Employer
• Must represent Company Values • Must be at least 18 years of age • A minimum of 6 months line cook experience in high-volume full-service environment required • Hard-working and a team player • Experience with Saute’ stations and experience with wood fired pizza ovens a plus • Basic knowledge of professional cooking and experience in knife handling • Knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures • Ability to follow recipes and instructions • Ability to communicate clearly with Guests, Managers and Team Members • Ability to multi-task and work calmly and effectively under pressure, in a fast-paced environment • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs • Ability to stand and walk up to 10 hours per day • Ability to work within the following conditions: wet floors, temperature extremes, and loud noise • Ability to exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 6 hours in length • Ability to perform essential functions to Cooper’s Hawk standards with reasonable accommodation • Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and some holidays • Must be able to read, write and understand English

The first $1000 is paid out on the 2nd paycheck of the month following 30 days of employment. The second $1000 is paid out on the 2nd paycheck of the month following 90 days of employment.
