Log in any time before placing your online order. When you are ready to check out, you will see your Member discount reflected in the Wine Club Member Benefits section of your Bag.
Yes. As long as you are logged in as a Wine Club Member when ordering online. If you have Wine Club bottles on your account, you will be able to select available wines based on your Membership type to add to your Bag. Then you can select "Use My Wine Club Bottles" in the Bag to use bottles from your Member account. Certain wines of the month are not available for Sweet Club Members. Exclusions and upcharges may apply for swapping a Wine of the Month for other wines.
Yes, as long as you are logged in when you check out, your Bag will show the number of Wine Club points you will earn on the order. Once your order is successfully submitted, Wine Club points will be reflected on your Wine Club Account within 48 hours.
At this time, Wine Club bottles can only be ordered online as part of a carryout order with food items.
Currently, wine is not available for delivery but is available for carryout or curbside pickup.
Yes. Click on the item you wish to order. A special request box will appear under the item description (there is a character limit).
Currently, gift cards cannot be applied to an online order. Please select "pay-in restaurant" and present your gift card when paying for your carryout order.
Currently, Loyalty Rewards cannot be applied to an online carryout order. Please select "pay-in restaurant" and let your Tasting Room Attendant know that you have rewards on your account you would like to use.
Birthday Rewards are only applicable to a dine-in visit and cannot be applied to online orders at this time.
Please call your local Cooper's Hawk and press prompt #2 to cancel your order.
"Available bottles" listed on your Wine Club account are the number of bottles you have available. You can enjoy these bottles when dining at our restaurant, or you can order them online with carryout. You can also call your local Cooper's Hawk to order your Wine Club bottles via phone or visit our Tasting Room to pick up your bottles.
Yes. Once you are logged in as a Wine Club Member, an option to use the payment setup on your Wine Club account to pay for your online order will be available to you. You can either use the existing payment on your account, or enter a different form of payment for the order.
