Dining Rooms and Patios are starting to re-open at select locations, and the list will continue to grow over the coming weeks (see grid on bottom of page for the latest status). Availability is limited and a reservation is required. So reserve your table today!


Before you come in, please kindly review the below so you know what to expect.

  • All visits will be limited to two hours. This is so that we have time to thoroughly sanitize for the next Guest. Your check will be provided to you within 1 hour and 45 minutes of being seated.
  • Reservations are available for parties up to 6 Guests, including highchairs and slings.
  • For your personal safety and the safety of others, we ask Guests to wear masks when entering and exiting the restaurant, walking to and from your table, and in common spaces such as bathrooms. Once seated, masks may be removed to enjoy your meal. In communities where it is required, Guests will need to wear masks in accordance with the local ordinances.
    • Additional requirement for IL only: Cooper’s Hawk is strictly adhering to the Illinois State mandate. Guests must wear a mask anytime a Team Member is present including the following interactions. This is applicable to both indoor and outdoor dining and when interacting with anyone outside of their immediate party/group.
      • When talking with a Team Member
      • When a Team Member Is delivering food/beverage
      • When servicing the table or tasting bar
    • Additional requirement for Broward Co., FL only: Cooper’s Hawk is strictly adhering to the local mandate in our Coconut Creek, Dania and Pembroke Pines restaurants. For indoor and outdoor dining, guests must wear masks:
      • While waiting to be served
      • Once finished and waiting to pay
  • In the event of inclement weather, we may have to cancel your patio reservation. We also will not be able to accommodate patio diners in our indoor dining rooms. Instead, we will have to pack your food so you can take it home with you.

Thanks for your support, patience, and cooperation as we resume dining operations. Our full menu is not yet available but we plan on adding back menu items over the coming weeks. The Tasting Room is open for retail and wine purchases, as well as Wine Club bottle pickup. Wine Tasting are available at select locations and require a reservation.
