Because you are a valued Wine Club Member, we want you to feel at home when you dine with us. The Member Signature benefit—launching on November 6, 2018—will make it convenient for you to take care of your dine-in charges*. No need to pull out a credit card and wait for your server to come back with the signature slip. All you have to do is sign the Member Signature section at the bottom of your check, and you are good to go! Charges will be put on the existing credit or debit card linked to your Wine Club account.

This is just another way for us to recognize you as a Wine Club Member in our restaurants.


How It Works

GET RECOGNIZED
We know you are a valued Member, so you won’t have to pull out another credit card. You and your secondary member can simply provide your Member card or an appropriate photo ID, and we'll take care of you!

SIGN & GO
You won’t have to wait for the server to swipe your credit card and come back with another signature slip. For dining and bar charges under $400 (including taxes), just sign the Member Signature section at the bottom of your check, along with your total amount, and you are good to go!

YOU ARE IN CONTROL
If you decide to not use this feature for specific transactions, you can just let your server know and provide an alternate payment form (cash, credit card, etc.) and your payment will be processed as usual.

Your Next Steps
  • Log in to the Profile section of your account to make sure that all your information is up to date, including secondary member information, and to update your preference for the Member Signature feature.
  • If you don’t have your Member card or if your card is lost, please call Member & Guest Services at 708-215-5674. They can deactivate the old one and send you a new one.
  • Check the back of your Member card and sign it, if you haven’t already done so.
  • View updated Wine Club Terms & Conditions reflecting this new feature.
