The centerpiece will be our Wine of the Month, hailing from Horse Heaven Hills, a prized Washington region. Beside it, buttery corn bread, brisket flatbread, barbecue ribs, and peach and blackberry hand pies —demonstrating that it doesn’t take glitz and glamour to fashion a phenomenal meal.
