*You must be at least 18 to sail.- What is the minimum age to go on this cruise?
Voyages are adult-only, so Guests must be at least 18 years old to sail.
- Do I need to pay in full when booking my cruise?
Nope. You can put a 24-hour hold to reserve now and pay later or financing options are available with Flex Pay. All major credit cards payments are accepted (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover). A deposit is required to confirm a reservation in the amount of 20% of your fare, excluding add-on components and ancillary purchases made prior to sailing, and taxes and fees.
- Does my booking include airfare?
No, it does not. You will need to book your airfare separately.
- How can I upgrade my room once I've made an initial booking?
Members can call Sailor Services to upgrade their rooms.
- How can I join a waitlist?
Members can call M&GS to join the waitlist. Please note that rooms will be cycling through temporary holds on the booking site, so you should continue to check back there in case one opens sooner than we work through the waitlist.
- Will there be Cooper’s Hawk programming or events onboard?
Yes! We will have mix of standard Virgin programming combined with curated Cooper's Hawk events, such as Meet & Greets, Tastings, Seminars, Classes and more.
- Where & when will we have visibility into CH programming on the 2027 cruise?
As we get closer to the sailing, both Virgin Voyages and Cooper's Hawk programming will be posted in the Virgin Voyages App. Exact timing will be shared closer to the voyage, but please expect these details no sooner than 90 days before the voyage.
- Are there Shore Excursions that we can purchase?

- When will booking open for dining, shore excursions & programming?
We follow standard Virgin Voyages policies for booking:

- For most Sailors, dining opens up 45 days ahead of departure. Some Members may be able to book earlier based on cabin type or status.
- Virgin Voyages shore excursions policies can be found here.
- For most Sailors, excursion booking opens up 120 days ahead of departure. Some Members may be able to book earlier based on cabin type or status.
- Virgin Voyages programming standard policy: booking for all events opens once onboard; booking is not available pre-departure for Cooper's Hawk or Virgin Voyages programming.

- Will there be Cooper’s Hawk wine onboard for purchase?
YES! We will have a curated mix of Cooper's Hawk wines onboard for purchase by the glass and bottle.
- Is there a drink package available?
Members can pre-pay for a bar tab up to 24 hours before departure and get more to spend! More choices, more cheers!
- $200 Bar Tab: an extra $25 to spend and a total of $225 in drinks to share
- $300 Bar Tab: an extra $50 to spend and a total of $350 in drinks to share
- $500 Bar Tab: an extra $100 to spend and a total of $600 in drinks to share
- $750 Bar Tab: an extra $175 to spend and a total of $925 in drinks to share
- $1000 Bar Tab: an extra $250 to spend and a total of $1250 in drinks to share
- Will Cooper's Hawk wine be included in drink packages?
Yes - you can use your drink package on Cooper's Hawk wine.
- Can I pick up wine off my account on the ship?
No, we are not able to accommodate bottle pick-ups onboard the ship. Feel free to stop by one of our Cooper's Hawk locations prior to our sailing if you want to bring your favorite wine onboard - you can bring two (2) 750mL bottles of wine per cabin in carry-on bags if desired.
- Do I need a passport for this Cruise?
Yes. You will need a passport.
- What is the Cancellation Policy?
This sailing will follow Virgin Voyages' standard cancellation policy, which can be found here.
- Can I bring alcohol onboard?
As an Adult-by-Design experience, Virgin has an array of carefully selected beer, wine, and expert cocktail options shipwide. If you must bring that rare bottle of red you got in the south of France, we get it. Sailors are also welcome to bring two (2) 750mL bottles of wine per cabin in carry-on bags (sorry, no liquor or beer please). Please note, any alcohol in your checked luggage will be confiscated. You are also welcome to bring specialty liquors from a port of call on board. Simply hand them to the security team as you board, and we will hold them until your final night.
- How is this cruise similar or different to the anniversary cruise in 2025?

Yes! Once you have booked your sailing, you will receive an email (this will only go to the primary booker of the cruise) within 5 days to join the dedicated Facebook page. Make sure to follow along & meet others who will be joining you on the cruise!
- Will Tim, Emily, and Chef Matt be on the cruise again?
Yes - they're counting down the days already! We'll also have a broader group of Cooper's Hawk Team Members onboard, hosting events and mingling.
- Will there be special perks for Ambassador Elite and Ambassador Members?
Yes, but it's a surprise!
- Do I earn Cooper’s Hawk loyalty points for booking the cruise?
Similar to our other Wine Club travel, cruise travel is not eligible for Loyalty points.
- What is unique about the Brilliant Lady?
All of Virgin's ships are quite similar, but since Brilliant Lady is its newest, you'll see a few updates compared to others. We find this article provides a helpful overview.
