Unlike Cooper's Hawk Lux White Meritage, which was aged in oak and blended with Sémillon, Cooper's Hawk Lux Sauvignon Blanc sees only a whisper of oak and is primarily aged in a concrete egg, one of the most exciting vessels used in modern white winemaking.
Concrete offers naturally stable temperatures for slow, controlled aging while allowing gentle micro-oxygenation that builds complexity without adding oak flavor.
