Ninety Nine Oaks represents the beginning of an exciting journey for Cooper’s Hawk. The grapes for this wine were planted specifically for us and will serve as the foundation for future Lux wines. While the very best grapes typically come from vines that are at least three years old, this wine is made from vines in their second year, and the quality already has us thrilled for what’s to come.
