We’re proud to introduce CHMX, a bold, fruit-forward red blend from Mexico’s Valle de Guadalupe, created in collaboration with one of the country’s most exciting producers: Monte Xanic.
Palate
CHMX stands for Cooper’s Hawk Mexico. This blend of 58% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Durif (Petite Sirah), 7% Merlot, and 10% Petit Verdot delivers bold structure, juicy fruit, and savory complexity.
Pairing
This wine will pair perfectly with Carne Asada and other grilled meats.
