Rewards Terms
Points Eligibility
Eligible Wine Club Members will receive one loyalty point for every dollar spent at a Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurant location or at our online Gift shop.
The following Purchases, Discounts, Fees and Tenders are not eligible to receive points:
- Monthly Wine Club Membership Fee
- Purchases of Gift Wine Club Memberships
- Wine Club Event tickets (unless otherwise specified)
- Wine Club Rewards redemptions
- Wine Club Trips
- Cooper’s Hawk Gift card redemptions
- Wine Club Member and other discounts
- Tax
- Gratuity
Wine Club Rewards
- Rewards will be issued after the first month of Wine Club Membership has been paid.
- Wine Club Members will receive an email notification of new Rewards (requires a valid email address on file).
- Wine Club Members must present their Membership card or an ID to redeem Rewards.
- Rewards may only be redeemed by the Wine Club Member who earned the Rewards.
- Cancelled, Expired, or Vacation status Wine Club Members and those without a valid credit card on file are ineligible to receive new Rewards.
- Points collected during periods of ineligibility will not generate Rewards.
- Those points may be reclaimed by paying the WC Membership fee for the months in which the points were earned.
- Rewards can be redeemed at any time prior to expiration, regardless of the Member’s current enrollment status.
- Multiple Rewards of the same type can be redeemed during one transaction.
- Rewards are not valid in combination with any other offers, discounts or promotional services.
- Rewards are not redeemable for cash.
- Refunds will not be issued on unused Reward balances.
- Rewards cannot be redeemed for retail wine or merchandise transactions.
- Rewards cannot be applied to tax or gratuity.
- All Rewards are invalid after expiration.
$25 Rewards
WC Members will receive a $25 Reward for every 350 points earned.
- Rewards are uploaded to the Membership card within 24 hours of reaching 350 points.
- $25 Loyalty Rewards are valid for dine-in or carryout purchases at any Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurant location.
- $25 Loyalty Rewards expire after 90 days.
- $25 Loyalty Rewards not redeemed before expiration will be automatically converted to 25 points.
Birthday Rewards
- Each Member is eligible for one Birthday Reward, per calendar year, for themselves and their "plus one" on their account
- Wine Club Members must have a birthday on file in order to receive Birthday Rewards.
- Birthday Rewards are valid for one complimentary entrée (valued up to $15.)
- Birthday Rewards are loaded to the Membership account 30 days prior to your birthday and your "plus one" on your account
- Birthday Rewards expire 60 days after issuance.
- Birthday Rewards are only valid for in-restaurant dining (not available for carryout or delivery)
