Then settle in for a multi-course dinner with curated pairings, each course reflecting Chef Symon’s signature style—direct, expressive, and driven by deep flavor.

Throughout the evening, Chef Symon shares the influences and experiences that have shaped his approach to cooking.

About Michael Symon

Chef Michael Symon is a James Beard Award–winning chef whose cooking is defined by boldness, humor, and heart. Raised in Cleveland with Greek and Sicilian roots, his food reflects a lifelong love of big flavors and honest cooking.

His restaurants include Angeline and Bar Symon, and his television and media work spans Food Network favorites, including 24 in 24: Last Chef Standing and Symon’s Dinners, as well as his podcast Chewed Up with Clinton Kelly and Carla Hall.

He is also the author of nine cookbooks, including the New York Times Best Seller Symon’s Dinners: Cooking Out, continuing his mission to make great cooking accessible, joyful, and deeply satisfying.
