He’s authored 16 cookbooks (with a new one on the way) and built an ever-expanding business across many platforms.

He opened his award-winning flagship restaurant, Wayfare Tavern, over a decade ago and since opened Florence Fresh, in the San Francisco International Airport. His newest venture, Miller & Lux, is a West Coast classic steakhouse, located in the new Chase Arena in San Francisco, home of the 2022 NBA Champions, the Golden State Warriors.

His debut film, a documentary, Uncrushable, tells the harrowing story of the Northern California wildfires. He has since gone on to produce content for The Venetian Resort, The Four Seasons, Red Bull, See’s Candies, Purdue Poultry and The Food Network/Discovery through his company, Monarch Collective Inc.

Tyler’s insatiable quest for what’s current and interesting in the food and lifestyle space has positioned him at the forefront of new trends, gaining him a large and engaged social media following.
