From the ivy-covered walls of Rubicon to the modern limestone of Opus One, fifteen members of the Cooper's Hawk Wine Club were led by Founder and CEO, Tim McEnery on a tour of outstanding wineries in Napa Valley.
Our group enjoyed the uniqueness of the aerial tram at Sterling Vineyards, lunched at Mumm Napa, and toured Robert Mondavi Winery. We learned to distinguish acid from tannin at Rubicon Estates and vineyard management techniques at Opus One. We toasted our new found friendships with a glass of bubbly at Domaine Chandon and enjoyed a closing dinner at Greystone Restaurant at the Culinary Institute of America.
A great time was had by all on our very first Cooper's Hawk Wine Club Trip!
