Indulge your curiosities and inner explorer on this amazing journey to South Africa. Chef Matt McMillin and his lovely wife Susan will host this group, where you will encounter different cultures and learn new things for the simple joy of learning.

We’ll revive our senses with tastes of outstanding South African wines and delicious local cuisine. The aromas drifting from the grills in outdoor market areas and the brilliant color of their wares are incredible.

We start with the sights in the cosmopolitan city of Cape Town, one of the most beautiful cities in the world. We’ll explore the Cape Peninsula down to view the Cape of Good Hope. Then spend time in the Stellenbosch and Franschhoek sprawling winelands. Unique winery visits, and a curated wine encounter on the Wine Tram, along with interactive experiences, allow us to learn about the local grape varieties and aspects of viticulture distinctive to Southern Africa.
