If you have already set up your login credentials for the website previously, please use the same credentials to log in to the app. If you need to reset your password, tab on “Forgot Password”, enter the email address associated with your membership account, and a verification code will be sent to the same email address.

If you have NOT set up your login credentials previously
, please choose “Create An Account”, check the box next to “I already have a Wine Club Member Card Number”, and enter your Member ID to set up your account. Your Member ID can be found in the monthly Wine of the Month emails and other emails that you have received from the Wine Club.

If you have trouble logging in
and you have not logged into your account online for more than 3 years, you may need to do “Create an Account” on the app.

At this time, your secondary Member cannot create their own, separate login credentials to access your Membership account. This is an enhancement to come in a future release.

Yes, you can update your credit card on file by going to the "Account" screen, then choosing "Payment Methods".

The mobile app has a new feature that allows Wine Club Members to gift a bottle of wine! The gift receipt will receive an email or text with instructions on how to download the mobile app to receive their gifted bottle.

Wine Club Members also receive points for their purchase of gift bottles!

The gift bottle recipient will need to download the mobile app and click on “I received a gift bottle” to create an account and enter the PIN provided by the Member who gifted them the bottle.

Once their account is created on the app, the gift bottle will show in the "Wine" section. They can then come into the restaurant to pick up the bottle or use it in the dining room by showing their digital card on the mobile app.

Yes, if you are a Member with a valid card on file and have logged into the mobile app. Review your check in the mobile app at the end of your meal, and pay with your card on file via the mobile app. This is only available for dine-in only, not in the tasting room.

Please check to make sure you are providing the email that is associated with your wine club account. The email address is the one that Wine Club marketing emails and the monthly eNewsletter are sent to.

Yes. If your account was created in the last 2 years, you should be able to log in using the same credentials. If it does not work, please try "Forgot Password" or "Create an Account".

Yes. You should be able to log in to the mobile app using your past login credentials.

If you had previously created an account on our carryout website, or used to be a Wine Club Member with an expired or inactive account, you can try logging in to the mobile app using those the login credentials that you had previously set up.

If this does not work, you can also try joining the Wine Club with a different email address.

At this time, you can use the mobile app as a GUEST USER and access limited functions. This is something that is on our enhancement list. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
