Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to create an account if I am an existing Wine Club Member?

Nope! Just click on the login button the home screen and enter the same credentials you have used on the online Member portal.

Never used the online Member portal? Not a problem. Click on "Create an Account" and click the check box up at the top that says, "I have an existing Wine Club Member Number" and fill out the remaining information to create a Member login.

At this time, your secondary Member cannot create their own, separate login credentials to access your Membership account. This is an enhancement to come in a future release.

Can I update my payment on file?

Yes, you can update your credit card on file under the Account screen.

Can I gift a bottle using the mobile app?

The mobile app has a new feature that allows Wine Club Members to gift a bottle of wine! The gift receipt will receive an email or text with instructions on how to download the mobile app to receive their gifted bottle.

Wine Club Members also receive points for their purchase of gift bottles!

How does a gift receipt pick up their gifted bottles?

The gift receipt will need to download the mobile app and click on “I received a gift bottle” to create an account and enter the PIN provided by the Member who gifted them the bottle.

Once their account is created on the app, the gift bottle is on their account. They can then come into the restaurant to pick up the bottle or use it in the dining room by showing their digital card on the mobile app.

Can I pay my check in the restaurant via the mobile app?

Yes, if you are a Member with a valid card on file and have logged into the mobile app. Review your check in the mobile app at the end of your meal, and pay with your card on file via the mobile app. This is only available for dine-in only, not in the tasting room.
