We are so excited to introduce Watermelon Paloma, a creation unlike anything we’ve ever made before. Inspired by the classic Paloma cocktail—which combines tequila with lime and grapefruit soda—this special release captures the essence of summer in a bottle. The Paloma is known for being incredibly refreshing, so we wanted to bring that same bright, summery vibe to this wine.

We started with a base of Agave wine, made from the same agave plants that are used to produce tequila. While it doesn’t taste like tequila, agave wine offers its own unique character with a subtle, aloe-like flavor that’s distinctly different from traditional grape wine. It’s smooth, crisp, and makes a perfect foundation for this refreshing blend.

To the agave wine, we added grapefruit and lime concentrate, bringing a punch of citrusy brightness that pairs perfectly with the natural agave notes. A touch of agave nectar adds just the right level of sweetness, enhancing the balance without overpowering the vibrant flavors. Finally, we infused the blend with watermelon essence, giving it a sweet, juicy twist that feels like a summer treat.

The result is a pale pink wine that’s bright, fresh, and lightly effervescent, mirroring the refreshing sparkle of a Paloma cocktail. Watermelon Paloma is perfect for enjoying chilled in a wine glass, but it’s just as delightful over ice with a Tajin-spiced salt rim for a bit of extra zing. Sweet White is the perfect companion to our beloved Sweet Red, which has become a favorite thanks to its use of the nostalgic Concord grape. Concord grapes bring back memories of grape juice and classic grape jelly with their rich, fruity sweetness—perfectly familiar and comforting. With Sweet White, we wanted to offer a similar experience for white wine lovers, capturing that same spirit of nostalgia but with a fresh, bright twist.

To achieve this, we crafted Sweet White using a blend of Niagara and Moscato grapes. Niagara is a close relative to Concord and shares a lot of the same friendly, approachable character. It’s a grape native to the United States, best known for its use in white grape juice, bringing a deliciously sweet, juicy flavor that will remind you of sipping grape juice as a kid.

We start with a foundation of crisp white wine, then infuse it with the vibrant flavors of fresh strawberries. But we don’t stop there—rhubarb concentrate and more strawberries are added, creating a delightful balance of sweet and tart.

This beautiful wine with a soft pink hue, reminiscent of a summer sunset. Rhubarb, known for its intense, zesty acidity, adds a bright, mouthwatering edge that pairs perfectly with the juicy sweetness of the strawberries. Spiced Pear is a harmonious blend that captures the essence of the season. At its core, you'll find the fresh and vibrant taste of green pear, which adds a crisp and slightly tart note. This is beautifully complemented by the richness of pear cider, bringing in a smooth, mellow sweetness that is both refreshing and comforting. To round out the flavor, we've infused the essence of apple pie and mulling spices.
