Emily's Tasting Notes
While these wines are designed to pair well with a broad range of foods, certain dishes truly shine alongside them. Sauvignon Blanc is a perfect match for dishes with citrus, fresh vegetables, herbs, and tangy goat cheese. Pinot Noir, with its versatility, complements everything from red meats to hearty seafood. It pairs particularly well with flavors found in mushrooms, roast chicken (especially the dark meat), and grilled salmon.

As part of our collaboration with Padma Lakshmi, Cooper's Hawk is supporting Shanti Bhavan Children's Project, a boarding school exclusively for children born into India's lowest socioeconomic class. With this Wine of the Month, Wine Club Members are contributing to supporting nine children with tuition, housing, clothing, food, medical, mentorship, and more for a full year.

- February 2024 - Artist's Red & White Blends
We are thrilled to partner with the Screen Actors Guild Awards® on two new incredible wines. The Artist Red Blend has flavors of blackberry, blueberry, black pepper, dark chocolate, and baking spices. Pair this wine with heartier meat dishes and hard cheese. The White Blend is fruity but not sweet. Look for flavors of yellow apple, Meyer lemon, pineapple, white flowers, and cream. Pair this wine with rich seafood and creamy pasta. - January 2024 - Vin Velouté
