We're feeling especially grateful this year, and we're excited to share not one, but TWO outstanding wines with you. We teamed up with Michelin Chef Curtis Stone on a bold GSM red from Australia with dark berry, pepper, and vanilla—it's perfect with roasted meats and hearty holiday dishes. Our white is 100% Grüner Veltliner—delightfully fresh, crisp, and vibrant. Both bottles will shine on your Thanksgiving table.

GSM - A Powerful Red

Our November red from the Curtis Stone Collaboration is bold, powerful, and full of character. On the palate, it bursts with flavors of blackberry, blueberry, pepper, herbs, and a touch of vanilla. This is a wine that stands out on its own or pairs beautifully with hearty dishes like grilled meats or rich stews.

Curtis Stone GSM - November Wine of the Month

While many wines in this style are classic GSM blends—Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre—this particular wine is technically more of an SMG based on the percentages. The blend comes from the Limestone Coast of Australia and is composed of 70% Shiraz, 20% Malbec, and 10% Grenache. Each grape contributes a different element: Shiraz gives bold fruit and spice, Malbec adds depth and richness, and Grenache brings a touch of brightness and elegance, resulting in a complex and harmonious wine. This collaboration reflects Curtis Stone’s world-class culinary artistry.

Grüner Veltliner - A vibrant white

Our November White from the Curtis Stone Collaboration is 100% Grüner Veltliner from Austria’s Weinviertel region. Crisp, fresh, and vibrant, it delights with flavors of white peach, arugula, lemon, apple blossom, and green apple. This wine pairs wonderfully with light, fresh dishes like summer salads, seafood, and grilled vegetables.

Curtis Stone Grüner Veltliner - November Wine of the Month

Grüner Veltliner is Austria’s most famous wine, known for its refreshing acidity, signature peppery notes, and ability to pair with a wide variety of foods. The variety thrives in the Weinviertel region, where the cool climate preserves its crispness and bright fruit flavors. This wine showcases the grape’s classic characteristics while remaining approachable and versatile—a true expression of Austrian winemaking. For more delicate wines like Grüner Veltliner, winemakers often employ batonnage, the gentle stirring of the wine while the yeast is still present, to create a softer, creamier texture.

Our Austrian winemaker partner took this concept a step further with an innovative technique: they submerged speakers in the wine and played music to create vibrations that gently agitate the yeast. This creative approach harmonized the wine’s textures and flavors, resulting in a uniquely balanced and elegant expression of Grüner Veltliner—one that elevates freshness, structure, and subtle complexity in every sip.
