Palate

Las Americanas is a harmonious blend of four distinct grapes, each contributing its own unique character. The foundation is 67% Sauvignon Blanc from Chile, delivering bright acidity along with signature citrus and grassy notes. 21% Albariño from Washington State adds a briny, mineral edge that enhances the wine’s refreshing finish. From Chile, 8% Riesling lends floral elegance and a whisper of sweetness, while 4% Sémillon rounds out the blend with its juicy stone fruit richness.

Pairing

Pair this with grilled fish topped with fruit salsa.
