Pad­ma Pinot Noir is bright and juicy, offer­ing fla­vors of red cher­ry, rasp­ber­ry, and cran­ber­ry, com­ple­ment­ed by aro­mat­ic cedar, spice, and earthy mush­room undertones.

Palate

Pinot Noir traces its roots to Cen­tral France, espe­cial­ly the Bur­gundy region. This del­i­cate red grape has been cher­ished since medieval times when wine­mak­ing monks metic­u­lous­ly iden­ti­fied the ide­al plots for its cul­ti­va­tion, now known as Grand Cru vineyards.

Pairing

Pinot Noir, with its ver­sa­til­i­ty, com­ple­ments every­thing from red meats to hearty seafood. It pairs par­tic­u­lar­ly well with fla­vors found in mush­rooms, roast chick­en (espe­cial­ly the dark meat), and grilled salmon.
