The December Wine of the Month is a Meritage blend, meaning it is made using traditional Bordeaux grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Malbec. It is opulent and dark with jammy blueberry and blackberry flavors, and pairs with Cooper's Hawk Trio of Medallions, winter stews, aged cheeses, dark chocolate and roaring fires.

Exclusions and upcharges may apply for swapping a Wine of the Month for other wines.
