Vio is a twist on Viognier that is made in a richer, more luscious style. Look for flavors of peach and nectarine layered with the cream and toasted spice flavors that come from barrel aging. The wine is dry and fresh with a long, rich finish. Barrel-aged Viognier is the best pairing for rich shell fish like shrimp, crab and lobster.

Appassimento is from the Italian region of Puglia, also known as the heel of the boot. Puglia is one of the hottest and driest parts of Italy and is known for making robust wines that are full of flavor. The grape used is Primitivo, a long lost cousin of Zinfandel! February 2022 - Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon

*Certain wines of the month are not available for Sweet Club Members but they will be able to choose from applicable wines on our wine list. Exclusions and upcharges may apply for swapping a Wine of the Month for other wines.
